This depends on the type of case and the agreement between you and our firm. Typically, we may ask for a part service fee and then you can pay the full commission after the case. It all depends on the specific agreement at that point in time.

No, we can handle your case remotely but if there is need to receive evidence or meet in person, our office address and contacts are as above.
Our business hours are from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Weekends are off, but you can send in your case any time of the day throughout the week. We typically reply within 24 hours after receipt.
We charge for legal counsels and advice. We don’t charge for specific consultations if we are taking the case in court. However, some service fees may be required depending on the requirements of the case.
